Breathe through it, talk through it, and have an ice cold cup of water next to you. If you feel faint, ask for a cold washcloth to put on the back of your neck. Also see if you can lay down somewhere

I'm the same way dear. Honestly the only way gets me through it is talking and having a drink with me or I go nuts.

think about your baby and remember that if you don't get your blood taken then you won't know about things that are going on with your baby .
