What can I do about this horrible stomach pain? I didn't get it till after I finally pooped from when I had my c section. I've tried walking around the room the best I can and I've tried sitting on the toilet to see if I could go again and nothing works

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
May be tmi but... I've only used the bathroom once since my surgery (jan 30th) and my belly hurts so freaking bad 😭 I feel like I've tried everything and nothing helps.. I've used enemas, stool softners, magnesium citrate, i tried coffee.. Is there anything else I can try!? The first time I went the only thing that helped was milk lol but I tried that again and nothing 😩 my belly is constantly gurgling.. It's kind of embarrassing 🤦🏻
My babies so constipated it's hurting her what can I do to help? I've tried everything I can think of 😩😢
Ladies what is the best solution for diaper rash for little girls shes in pain from it I've tried diaper rash cream I've tried corn starch nothing is helping I've tried letting her air out frequent diaper changing nystatin cream .what else can I do !!
