The fun never ends. C-section on Tuesday night, finally got to go home today and I'm having horrible constipation. I cannot get off the toilet because something is stuck there that wants to come out but cannot. WTF do I do?? 😭😭😭

You can sit but try "squatting" by elevating your knees. Put a stool or a stack of books in front of the toilet to "stand" on. If I'm really struggling sometimes I just bring my heels onto the seat, but that may not be comfortable for you given you just had a c section.
I had that issue when I had my c section two nights later my sister ran to the store and got me some women's laxative and I took on and after a few hours I was relieved
don't struggle that's the worst thing you can do , eat fiber
