dumb question but here ya go...I know that everyone says no hot baths while pregnant but does that pertain to showers also? I'm not soaking in it so I don't see why not but I like hot hot showers...

I take hot showers all the time. I cannot take warm showers at all.
baths can be 100 degrees! my birthing center has one that's pregnancy safe and goes up to 100 and I was allowed into it for an hour at a time!!! and yes be careful even with showers! baby will be fine but if my body temp starts to rise il throw up and get dizzy!
Lol I think it's silly that people freak out about baths, I highly doubt you could sit in water that is hot enough to boil your baby 😂 anyways be careful with hot hot showers my friend got light headed and passed out in her shower while pregnant
you're fine taking hot baths and showers just don't boil your baby by like falling asleep in a hot tub
warm baths are fine. just dont want body temperature to go up. and my doc said hot showers are fine because your not soaking in the hot water
You can take hot baths just make sure the temp is not too hot! I soak all the time and a lot of people on here do also!
My bath water Steams.. And baby girl is still healthy as can be and sitting pretty!! I cannot take anything less than that. My skin turns read from the heat.. I feel like my toes and finger will fall off from freezing to death if I'm not burning in hell during a bath or shower.. Lol
