I use it for EVERYTHING lol! I put it on my boys head to toe, it helps with cradle cap, diaper rash, excema, dry skin. So I use it on my boys 3 times a day head to toe lol and they have soft skin! cleared up dry scalp when it started and cleared up diaper rash when it started. It works great!!!!
