If you told him would he be supportive? Miscarriages can be so hard, especially if you are going through it alone. I have been there as well. I'm sorry :(

I don't want to tell you what to do or anything, but I feel like it's easier to go through these types of things with someone instead of holding it in. I was so sad and mad and really just ashamed of myself when it happened to me. I wound up telling him maybe 3 months later. He made me feel so much better about the situation. He was like you should have told me so that I could have grieved with you and just given you constant hugs. I know that time period would have been sooo much easier if he did what he said and just hugged me and been there for me, you know? If you don't think that your husband will be kind or supportive that is a different story. But don't not tell him because you feel ashamed of yourself or anything like that!

in my opinion I feel like you should tell him about both it's a very hard thing to go through I've gone through two myself and it affected me for years but I had my husband (then boyfriend) there with me and I could not have done it alone and you shouldn't have to either I get you don't want to be hurt but it's causing tension now and he has no idea why . you don't want to cause problems later like him resenting you for not telling him and even you even when not trying to might resent him for it and not being there obviously he didn't know but with all the emotions your keeping to yourself it's bound to cause problems. I wish you the best and I'm here if you want to talk but you should definitely communicate this to him so he can be there for you
