It could be. I've always had issues with it even before I was pregnant so that's how I knew. As long as it its constant and goes away after a while I think you are okay but everyone is different. If it worries you call your doctor. @shan548

@jalderman89, so it could be indigestion? I asked my mom and she said she couldn't tell me because she never had the issue. My first pregnancy I didn't have any issues but baby number 2 is whooping my butt.

Usually when I get a sharp pain in my chest it's because of indigestion, gas getting stuck up there

No I've been feeling it all day and it isn't going away. I've been drinking water like crazy and trying to relax but it isn't going away.

I thought I was the only one with sharp chest pains
