let the IRS know that u think someone is trying to file ur daughter nd let social security know that some got ahold of her social security number

Opening someone else's mail is a federal offense. REPORT her! Notify IRS that she is planning on claiming your child and they will redflag her. If she attempts it then she will go to prison for tax fraud

ya let them know...my mom wanted to claim both my kids this year cause she helped a lot an we lived with her till September but we already had an agreement that she would my son since she helped with 90% of daycare fees an sometimes diapers but not my daughter she out of her mind i know i could claim both but the consequences would be my car insurance would be changed an not sure what id have to pay

@sweetiemom, she haven't did anything for my baby and she don't have my permission my husband is the only person who has that right to claim anything and he already did and I thank you all I will let the IRS know about her because she need to quit coming up off of other people without their knowledge

She had 2 different people paying child support for me and there's no father name on my birth certificate same for her other daughter collected child support for l from 2 men but no name for father on the birth certificate

wow i didn't even know that was possible because when I filed against child support for my child with her father they had to do a DNA test to prove he was even the father
