The longer a test sits the more inaccurate it is. And you want to use the first urine of the day so as soon as you wake up that's when it's most concentrated.

blue dye tests suck. they get people's hopes up for no reason. the best tests too take are the first response early result tests they are more sensitive than the cheap dollar tests too. I got my first bfp on dollar tests but it was so faint and hard to see, with my second morning urine I took a first response test and it was clear as day.

It looks like a evap line. That's why it shouldn't be looked at after a certain time. Can you test again tomorrow?

If it's been over the time frame, around 10 minutes, it's invalid.
