Foria Relief contains both THC and CBD, the two key active cannabinoid compounds found in cannabis. Together they activate certain cannabinoid receptors in the pelvic region when introduced into the body via these specially formulated suppositories[1]. Users have reported a significant decrease in the pain and discomfort often associated with menstruation. The cannabinoids directly impact the immune system and the nerve endings of the uterus, cervix, ovaries and surrounding smooth muscle tissues[1,2]. THC positively affects the nerves and assists in blocking out pain while also allowing for more pleasant signals to be received by the brain[4]. CBD works in the immune system by suppressing the mechanisms responsible for inflammation[3]. CBD also slows down electrical signaling to muscles and allows them to relax, thereby reducing cramping[3]. Foria Relief harnesses the power of these two cannabinoids to provide women with a safe and natural alternative to manage the cramps and pain they often experience while menstruating
well I get that but vaginal suppositories are a bit away for the ovaries and uterus I mean for it to be like a topical pain killer.. I'm not saying they don't work or I don't agree cause I have no idea.. I just am not understanding the physiology of it 👍😊
yeah idk about using while expecting especially cuz its FDA approved yet but definitely after😍
@brwneydgirly25, the thc is absorbed into your system and helps block the pain receptors. And the cbd will help with the inflammation. It is considered a holistic method and is not for everyone.
@brwneydgirly25, From what I've read, it works like any vaginal suppository. 😊
I wonder if it's a material that travels or disappates to a different area
I don't see how a tube in your vagina helps with cramps in your uterus and ovaries.
I think smoking would be just as effective. or rice crispies. mm I do miss those. but since I don't have really bad nausea or cramps yet I refrained from smoking. :( miss it though.
Not while expecting but, after recovery, I'll definitely give it a shot! I've been hearing so much about these. Such an amazing idea. 💕😍

I'm 10 weeks
How many weeks are you ladies
I think it's a wonderful idea :) at the mmj dispensary I work at, we have many different forms and are debating on getting in suppositories in the shop. A lot of people say "why don't you just smoke it" but not everyone can smoke. I've met people who can't do edibles, smoke, vape or even injest the pure cannabis syringes we have. Thank goodness we have capsules for patients like that ♡ mmj is an amazing medicine
