Needing some advice on prenatal vitamins. right now I'm taking the naturemade brand, but they aren't the ones that have DHA in them. I had a miscarriage right before this pregnancy, and at the time I was taking the DHA ones, but ran out and got a different kind for this pregnancy...I'm 24 weeks pregnant now, and this might sound weird, but I'm scared to go back to the DHA ones since I had a miscarriage with them in the past. I know the vitamins aren't why that happened, but it just makes me nervous. Can someone please ease my mind about this? I want my little boy to have the nutrients he needs, but I'm just being crazy I guess.

Yeah, the ones that I'm taking now have folic acid in them, but my fiance wants me to take the ones with DHA for his brain. If I start taking those kind now, it's not too late is it?

DHA is an extra supplement that helps in the early development of the brain. Nature made prenatals are absolutely fine. You have nothing to worry about as long as they have folic acid in them, you are good!

It wasn't the prenatal. I miscarried my last pregnancy also very early. I'm now almost 30 weeks and still stress. Sometimes things happen, unfortunately.
