My cousin gave birth at 25.5 weeks there now 9 weeks old and luckily both doing well...twins are a miracle xx

So now that I have my test strips when do I start testing! I am on day 2 of af today and it lasts about 3-4 days normally. I have about a 26-27 day cycle. Any help would be very appreciated thank you!!😀
