yeah take it right before you go to sleep that way you don't feel the symptoms. if anything the target gummy prenatal vitamins are great and inexpensive

If there's a Trader Joe's near you they have a great prenatal that doesn't make me feel sick :) They're supposed to be easy on your stomach and you only take one a day.

Some women are fine without them and some women aren't.. It'd be terrible to miscarry and think "man, could those pills have helped with the health of my baby?". Do you take them with food?

I'd try anything BUT avoiding the pill. Prenatal vitamins are super important. You want to make sure baby is getting all of the essential vitamins and nutrients to ensure a healthy pregnancy.

I tried the gummy and the pills. my Dr told me that the prenatals are to help fill in gaps in your diet, and as long as you are eating right then you really don't even have to have them. @riahann

Yes Ive tried pills , gummies , chewables even liquid but everything makes me so nauseous:( @junebaby2016

I've barley taken mine to be honest And my baby is growing perfect I just hear people tell me I need to take them but every time I do I feel so sick . I spent like $60 on an all natural one too and those make me sick as well . @theeonlyjeni

I only took mine for 2 weeks, they made me sick so my Dr told me not to take them. so far, at 23 weeks my little man is doing just fine
