How hard is it to RSVP when you've had 2 weeks to plan? Seriously? I told everyone 2 weeks ago the date we had picked out for the baby shower. We're trying to book the venue and can't without the final head count and not even half the people have responded.

@swtlilangl,  if it was just like a hall or something I wouldn't mind, and if in were paying I wouldn't mind as much either. but my mother in law is paying per person and each person I've invited is really 3 or 4 with kids and husbands. I just don't get it

I planned mine 6 weeks in advance and most people didn't rsvp until the week before...and then a third to half didn't come.
