I had mine 2 months before my son was due. It was a good thing because he came an entire month early. I would suggest the sooner the better

@hermommy, we didn't even have time to have one. daughter came at 32 weeks. I'm scared to buy anything before then...

There's no specific date or time to have a baby shower, it's up to you. I'm having mine in April though, I'm do May 31st.

I'm having mine at 33 & 36 weeks. (Her dads mom is throwing a baby shower for us too)

I would do it at least a month to two months before your due date so that you're not rushed to get everything ready all at once & so you have enough time to get what ever else you need/want that you didn't get at the shower(s)

in the 30's normally a month before but honestly I've been told its better to do it at like 32 so you still have time to get what you didn't at the showrr

alot of people do it after they find out the sex but i had mine at 37 weeks
