My little man got baby acne, it popped up 2 days ago. I'm so upset. 😩😞😔😖

My son has the same thing he has very sensitive skin whatever touches his face gives him a rash and acne :(

Quinn has them all over the side of her face cuz we both fall asleep when she nurses sometimes and she drools out the milk and lays in it
