@qmama, my boy has it on both cheeks! 😔😔 I hate it!

Quinn has them all over the side of her face cuz we both fall asleep when she nurses sometimes and she drools out the milk and lays in it

My son has the same thing he has very sensitive skin whatever touches his face gives him a rash and acne :(

I'm hoping so....

probably just heat bumps
