@ashleigh91, I think it depends how bad mental health is in ur area! It's pretty bad where I'm from so waiting list is huge xx

@cmcdon203, thanks for your advice I spoke to my gp as I already had an appointment there and I'm now waiting for a psychologist to get in touch for counselling :) xx

@ashleigh91, yeah love Defos mention it to her and get correct help incase it worsens it's a horrible thing anxiety and no one understands it unless thyv had it xx

aaah rite my mc was in April last year, I've always thort about it during this pregnancy but didn't think It wud make me feel like this plus stress n worries I've got in top of that but I bet it's wha it is,,I've always hid my feelings n just got thru them so didn't think this wud be much different,, but I bet it's wha it is thank you @cmcdon203 il talk to my midwife I don't want keep stressing whilst I'm pregnant n for it to lead to sumthin worse afterwards xx

@ashleigh91, definitely love the mc where I nearly died was 4 years ago and they think it all stems from then xx

I've had a miscarriage b4 2 and there was sumit else that I don't like talkin about it but I've known these 2 things 4 a while n haven't had any sort of panicky attack or nufin and im 6 months now cud it still be these? @cmcdon203 xx

See it's losing baby I'm scared of (3 previous losses no living children) so we got to bottom of what's making me so unwel with anxiety ! Have u had a bad event before? I nearly died during a misscarriage so midwife thinks it's post traumatic stress syndrome and I never got any counselling after that so she thinks it's just all built up from that so she's hoping counselling will help me a bit xx

Oh really,, yeah il let my midwife no I don't really no what I'm anxious or panicky about but Defo don't want be havin post natal depression,, since it's happened I've been keepin an eye making sure baby is moving and it is,, moved a lot last nite,, but il talk to my midwife, thanks @cmcdon203 xx

@ashleigh91 well they say stress isn't good for baby but my midwife said Iv not to worry baby is perfectly happy Iv had bad anxiety for a while but it's been worse during pregnancy! I got offered tablets but refused but will go on them when baby here! Also start counselling in 2 weeks! Maybe best speaking to midwife if happens a lot she can put u in right direction! Anxiety during pregnancy can lead to post natal depression so that's why best to try get it sorted now xx
