I am having constant period like cramping that is painful! What is this? Is it normal? 31 weeks!

yea it is I had them all the time even went to the hospital. they said it was normal just my body preparing it's self

My doctor said that sometimes if you're dehydrated your uterus will get irritated and contract like that. The same thing happened to me and I didn't even realize I was dehydrated. After I drank a whole bunch of water it went away :)
