My doctor said that sometimes if you're dehydrated your uterus will get irritated and contract like that. The same thing happened to me and I didn't even realize I was dehydrated. After I drank a whole bunch of water it went away :)

yea it is I had them all the time even went to the hospital. they said it was normal just my body preparing it's self
