@tristan-makes-5, my supply went down after bottle feeding so much so i spent 2 days just breastfeeding and drinking mothers milk tea...then bam lol...my morning sessions are usually like this...the rest of the day is about 5oz including both breast...I pump about 4 times a day.
Awesome job, mama! You are a quick study! I've always said, best way to increase supply is to just let the baby do its thing at the breast, they are amazing at emptying and signalling your breasts to make more 😊 keep up the good work, girl!
I see I was drinking the tea then went to the cookies and Brewers yeast and the fenugreek pills but I stopped the last 2 days he got a bad diaper rash and I was not sure if it was from any of what I was taking. He has thrush so it wasn't anything I took. I was pumping every 4 hours and would get between 4-5 oz I would pump at 11:30pm and then not again until 7:30-8am the next morning during the week today I have done it every 3 hours and get 5oz at a time. He had latching problems so after the first week he stopped nursing. He has been taking anywhere from 4-5 oz a feeding since he was 5 days old about every 4-5 hours. @cameronjamarsmommy2016
