Had such a horrible night. nothing bad weird dreams and waking to a bad feeling in my gut and being so depressed. I just want to be on the couch all day.

I woke up at 5 bawling my eyes out over a bad dream. my baby shower is today, so of course my mind decided it would be okay to fathom my mom arriving there (were not on speaking terms), getting uber pissed off because I didn't want her there and her attacking me, complete with hitting my, stabbing my shoulder and trying to stab my stomach. after years of abuse it messed me up pretty bad.
I hope you have a good day and can find something to keep you going! it isn't always easy, especially with depression. it will get better, no matter the outcomes!
