Has anyone here had a micropreemie and then went on to have a full term second pregnancy? I need some reassurance...

I have a friend who her first was born right at 26 weeks. She just had her second son a week late
@mrsgeorge, They say 10% of moms who've had it will get it again. But since mine was so severe it ups the odds but they also say that having the same dad decreases the chances so I'm really trying to stay positive. My daughter is a perfectly healthy two year old now but she beat a bunch of odds and I'm not sure we would be that lucky again. Especially since boys do worse at being premature.

Yeah, our daughter was born at 25 weeks due to preeclampsia and we are expecting another and I'm pretty nervous. @mrsgeorge
