My leg is still sore from the Charlie horse I woke up to yesterday morning 😓 really hoping that was my first...and last!
you need more potassium (hence the bananas) and your muscles are dehydrated. if you eat a banana when you get a cramp, it'll help.
I'd say eat one a day. The potassium helps with cramps. If you had one that severe, I'd just eat at breakfast and it should keep you from having them. @rdzmommy
@therockamom, just in general or when I get the cramps? I eat them every now and then but maybe I should eat more?
I drink a TON of water 😔 but I guess I'll start drinking a lot more lol thanks @arijane316
