what are some face washes that are safe to use while pregnant?

Pretty sure any face wash is ok to use. Washing your face won't hurt the baby lol

I've read that products with salacidic acid are not good to use

salicylic acid isn't really good to use anyways, even not pregnant as far as your skin goes but it isn't harmful while pregnant if that's what you're asking. if you're looking for something more "safe" try organic or all natural face washes/brands.
