I was told I could take.a.couple.of things I have the list at home. but I was to scared to. so I did a humidifier and lots of resting and showers. I ended up getting a vicks humidifier and it helped.so much.

any Mucinex , any Tylenol , Chloraseptic

And if you think you can stomach it bowl some water.with garlic or.onion or.both and breathe in the steam

I wish I could do the humidifier but I'm on my reserve weekend and stuck in a hotel till Sunday. I will be buying one when I get home though. @lynnbinn11 I can take a Tylenol cold and sinus? @keeshonta

Robitussin helps coughs. I have bronchitis and that's what my doctor told me to take for the couch part.

I can't take robitussin the smell of it immediately makes me throw up. It's been like that ever since I was kid. @scc2413
