what help ur nipple not to be sore when breast feeding ???? 2nd question ...,,..do one breast suppose to be bigger than the other or equal size

Make sure his latch isn't shallow. he neds as much o his areola in his mouth as possible.
It takes around 2 weeks for your nipples to toughen up. Just hang in there put lanolin cream on.And yes one side is going to be bigger than the othrr
@meagansimone, sometime his latch does hurt but it easing after a while
For me rubbing breast milk on the nipples helped. And make sure to feed evenly bc if you feed from one breast more than the other YOU WILL have one boobie bigger than the other lol

when Baby girl only feeds off one breast the other one is bigger so I usually pump the one she didn't feed from. I also use Lansinoh cream helps a lot and Nipple cover for soreness. ссылка
you always have one bigger then the other even when not pregnant. every part of your body that you have two of you have one thats bigger than the other.
