Is it normal that my son is almost 5 months and doesn't roll over yet?

Lots of tummy time!! My daughter is almost 5 months & is just now starting to roll over from tummy to her side to on her back. It works.

My daughter will be 5 months on the 11th and she doesn't roll over, she holds her head up and can sit up but she can't roll yet lol
