Also long as it's caffeine free and you don't have it every day, all day long then you can have pop. I had half a cup of pop a few times a week when my boyfriend bought it home from work. lol

you can drink all pop just no energy drinks . I personally don't like pop usually just once in awhile . but pregnant women can have up to 180 MG a day . My Dr said if you were a pop drinker before pregnancy it's not good to just quit it all together .

I gave up drinking pop years ago then craved it while I was pregnant so I guess it was easy for me to drink just caffeine free stuff. Hope you figure something that works for you, @beautifulgabbii

Fanta makes a great strawberry pop. Also A&W is caffeine free. Those are my favorites.

I drink coke all the time. just do more caffeine free version that regular when I can. it's okay. 250mg is the allowed daily limit.

drink the soda lol! I have two cans of soda a day and drink water in between your baby will be fine. You're a good mama for being concerned but there's no reason you can't have some soda.

just make sure for every glass or can of soda you drink you drink a 8 oz glass of water. pop makes u dehydrated which causes swelling my because your body is trying to keep fluid in your body...
