I would. it can be dangerous.

I do. It's normally my blood pressure. I drink alot of water and elevate my feet but I also get it in forms of headaches. You still need to contact your doctor just in case it's more.

@naerae54, try water and see what it does if it doesn't work all ypu doctor but while ypu are waiting inform someone so they can check on you in a hour or so just in case it's something more serious.
