have you tried drinking water, laid down, moved around, taken a warm shower, used a heading pad?

@ilyric, I've been drinking water and moving around, but I'm not at home to take a shower/bath 😞

are they consistent in time? they may not be bh

@ilyric, Not very consistent, they all vary between 15, 12, 10, and 8 min. No pain coming with them, just my usual belly tightness & shortness of breath

if they are coming more frequently you need to go to hospital... not everyone experiences the pain until water breaks

@ilyric, I will definitely be calling my OB if they continue after I finish off my water bottle. Hoping it's nothing... Little guy still needs to bake. Thank you!!

if they become two to five minutes apart lasting anywhere from 30-60 seconds I would go in and get checked to be sure
