Okay, 2 questions well I need advice. Does anyone know if there's anything I can do for sore ribs?…

If you have no pain tolerance then most likely you might end up getting the epidural, no epidural no nothing then you'll be good to have a natural birth @nia.fish

@_stephanie.g, I'm such a baby when it comes to pain but I'm also a baby when it comes to needles and I'm scared I'll tense up or move when they're putting it in

I hated getting the epidural. it hurt worse than my contractions. I felt like my spine broke in half

I've had c-sections so I have no other option but to get it, & I be getting poked with needles & im just chilling like nothing, it's a quick process when they put it in. I didn't even notice @nia.fish

I had an epi with my first and it's very scary but it was honestly great once the drugs kicked in. I'm going all natural this birth and have been reading and practicing hypnobirthing techniques

you can ask your doctor for them to give you the shot in the middle of a contraction then you won't feel the needle . that's what I did and I felt nothing but the contraction and once its in you don't feel anything about the needle :)

With my first I did an epidural even with a fear of medical needles loved how happy easy and calm it made me feel. This one I have become more of a naturalist and am shooting for an all natural birth.

All I felt was a pinch and then cold from the medication entertaining my system. After that started to go numb within minutes and was fine.
