so here are the pills I am taking. let's start trying harder in working out. don't get discouraged when ttc. I have pcos and a fainting disorder. Gerd and slot of other things. I am trying to start working on my health better because everyone is telling me I am just a fat hippo. or elephant.

@machelle137, about the caffeine 35mg to 100 mg in the green tea pill but the reason for the raspberry ketone is with the green tea pill. if you drink at least 3 caffeinated drinks a day it won't be as effective so I'm boosting the effect with the raspberry ketone and thank you
I highly recommend vitex. 2 days after taking it I started my period after not having it for along time. And 12 days after My period which was today I took an ovulation test and I'm ovulating. It is working wonders. It's cheap and so many great reviews about it.
