advice anyone who has gone through this too I had a terrible fall yesterday coming out the store and filed a incident report and went to the ER and they monitored me for 4 hours then let me go. I was fine all the way up until I woke up this morning. I feel like complete crap baby is moving but it just hurts to move and when she moves as well I am not effaced and still dilated at a one what should I do? advice

Yea that's normal. It's like getting into a car accident or working out or anything physical like that. You won't necessarily feel the pain of it all til the next day. All you can do is rest up and take it easy til it subsides.
Take some Tylenol, drink lots of water and rest. If the baby is moving and was monitored yesterday she is probably fine, if you aren't having contractions, swelling, or bleeding your probably ok. Your probably sore from the fall. If it is really concerning you then definitely call your doctor

I need some advice my babies father gets really mad when he drinks liquor.
