So today is the first day I've taken prenatal vitamins and they're gummy kind Bc I can't take pills. But I don't feel good, is it Bc my body isn't used to the medication yet or what?

They can make you feel sick. they do make some that are gentler on your stomach. or take them with food, or at night before bed.

Do they have iron in them? For me, I can't take prenatals with iron without feeling horribly sick.
