did anyone else test positive for Group B Strep? I'm kinda bummed because I was sure I'd be fine and go on to having a healthy delivery. Now, knowing there's a potential risk to my baby, I'm really just scared and depressed thinking about what could happen.

I had it. the antibiotics burn a bit going in but just make sure you don't wait for a long time to get the antibiotics after your water breaks

they give you antibiotics and then things will be fine.  It's really no big deal @ocgirl

I had it with my last son and have it this time. I didn't get the full 4 hours of antibiotics and my son was perfectly fine. they just keep you 2 nights instead of 1

I tested positive for Strep B when I was pregnant! & 2 hours after my water broke I had to have an emergency C-Section & my son is perfectly healthy! & didn't get anything!
