So I walked into the kitchen and fainted I think my grandma said she saw me drop but she said I was still responsive. Should I go the Er? I've been hydrated water after water and I've been eating. I don't know what came over me.

My mom fainted when she was pregnant each and every time. It's not uncommon but I would go just to double check on your baby :)

I'll call my gyn I've completely passed out before but that was because I was throwing up so much I couldn't anything down at all and I was dehydrated. I'll just rest and give them a call then! Thank you @makdenb

Call the doc! Don't freak though- it's somewhat normal but they need to speak with you.

@rgaine, they just told me to rest and drink plenty of water which I've been doing probably just a dizzy spell or something

@rgaine, I never stop drinking water! she said it could be my height too causing it too I'm very tall. and so this pregnancy has been hard on me I'm very tall with a small build so she said that can affect this too.

Ah, I see. Yeah, I drink a ton too but ended up dehydrated some how a couple weeks ago. No good.
