Vicks vaper rub or the baby vicks (it doesnt have as stong of a smell) but they both work the same with the regular vicks my sons pediatrician said to only put it on his feet and put socks on over night. And you can put it on the back of the neck. The baby Vicks you can put on feet with socks at night under the nose and behind the neck! I hope you all feel better soon!
