the more miles the less dependable it can become especially if it wasn't taken care of. Every 3000 to 5000 miles you should have the oil changed and different types of cars have other things that need to be done every so often. I know with my Honda your suppose to get the timing belt changed every 100,000 miles so I would ask about stuff like that too.
