yeah. I can't afford to become severely dehydrated again. I was almost on the verge of becoming pregnant eclamptic. so I'm on a strict no Caffine for the rest of my pregnancy rule. if I do have a coke. I have to drink 4 glasses of water after it. coke dehydrated me 😧 @niki664

@ice-princess, you can have coke. but me in particular I can't. I was drinking it so much that it dehydrated me to the point where I almost became pregnant eclamptic. so I'm not allowed to have anymore Caffine for the rest of my pregnancy

yeah Im 32 weeks and it's just now effecting me. so now if I drink anything with Caffine I have to drink 4 glasses of water behind it. and that's too much for me. so I have to stick with Caffine free sodas. but I only have 7 weeks left until my son is born so I'm gonna try to manage as much as I can. @ice-princess
