Apparently preschool is an over glorified daycare because my daughter says she learns "no anything" when I ask.

I think it's just her being silly because they send the worksheets they did at school home. And she knows he numbers, letters, and colors so I'm not worried. Right now they are working on writing their names.

I taught my nephew da things he needed to know before preschool and he came home teaching his younger brothers

They don't know they are learning but they are most of the time lessons like what do nurses do circles are round it's sunny outside but it's cold and letters and counting with lots of play because that's how children learn best
