Any other momma's out there that swelled up horrible a day after they gave birth? My ankles, calfs, thighs, and feet are so swollen It hurts to walk. I feel so heavy. I didn't even swell this bad when I was pregnant.
I drank a lot of water and kept my feet up , the more you walk around they'll get worse .. I'm ocd with cleaning so it was hard to just sit around doing nothing but trust me if you take a little break & relax they'll get better @jaxonsmommy03
My feet swelled up post partum and I didn't even have any swelling while pregnant. I made sure I drank LOTS of water and kept my feet elevated to help the swelling go down.
@katelyn_kristen, What did you do to help alleviate some of the swelling? I had to get stitches after I gave birth and feeling heavy like this is not helping that either. lol.
I did! It was from all of the iv fluids I received during labor. It took about a week to go down.
My feet swelled up horribly 😭 my feet were really swollen when I was pregnant but after I had my son it was a little worse in the hospital my feet felt like sandbags !! But it went away about a week later
This swelling is not normal anymore my feet are so so so bad, hands, and face looks like I have black eyes. It hurts too.
should I be worried if I have sudden massive swelling in my legs??

The swelling is so bad i couldnt take my ring off so i finally got it off today but this swelling needs to go down. I am drinking all the water I can... Any other ideas to help swelling?
So I have some bad swelling in my legs, worse in my left. What do I do?
so last night I had some bad swelling. I couldn't hardly take my ring off. and my toes were swollen too. I haven't swelled at all this entire pregnancy. is it ok to swell this late in the pregnancy?? should I be worried since I have never swelled before??
I was swollen for a week. my feet didn't fit in any shoes so I had to wear slippers to my son's appointments (he had one every day for jaundice lol) it'll go down eventually.
