I'm a first time mom and I turn 21 weeks today and the last two days I don't feel as many flutters I'm scared and I'm ready to go to the ER ... Is this normal not to feel as much flutter. Scared FTM nerves. At my 20 week scan last Friday she was fine and moving so I'm really scared now but trying to relax.

I don't know about your health care plan, but it costs a lot on my plan to go the ER. So, it's better for me to make an appointment with my doctor. Call your obgyn and see what they say... They may say go to the ER, but they may just bring you in to monitor the baby.

flutters can be hit or miss. they don't really call it a lack of movement until you're feeling kicks and they stop. but if you're concerned you can go in. but since you're 21 weeks you'd go to l&d not the er.

Yea that's what I'm waiting to do she opens at 10.

if you go to l&d. its not considered er so theres not the added fee. it usually costs me about $25 to go to l&d to monitor baby.

you can call the advice line and they'll be able to direct you better. but if you're concerned, go to l&d. not er. l&d will monitor baby to make sure alls good.

at this stage your baby might have moved to a little different part of your belly so you might not feel baby so much. kinda just depends on where baby is laying. they are so small at this point that they would move the slightest and you just might not be feeling the flutters or movements as easily

With my first I started feeling movement around 20 weeks or so but it really wasn't consistent
