carpal tunnel,had it with my daughters pregnancy,lasted from my 6th month and 3 months after she was born,am afraid am going to get the same for this baby

Same here. My chiropractor suggested making a fist when you push to help get yourself up and keeping your wrist straight instead of bending it.
