I do that almost every night : it puts me in so much pain that night but the next day in fine @shannonb95

There might just not be anything you can do. Sex, pineapples, spicy foods, etc only work if baby's ready to come. And you DEFINITELY don't want to do Caster Oil because it can cause them to poop in the womb and can seriously hurt them. My only advice is keep doing what you're doing and when your baby is finally ready they'll start to work :)
