I'm having a really hard time getting my 4 month old to sleep by himself! He's staying asleep while he's in my arms, but as soon as I put him down he wakes up. If I'm lucky he'll stay asleep for maybe a half hour by himself. He also sleeps in bed with me. I'm trying to transition him to his crib, but he doesn't want to sleep anywhere alone by himself. I know I did this to myself. I just don't know how to fix it :/

That's bc he has a sleep association. If you put him down awake in the crib he will learn to self sooth and won't have that problem. Good luck momma ! 😬

My son is the same way. I had a few mommas tell me the other day to fill two tube socks up with rice and take a shirt/piece of clothing that u where and place it on both sides of baby so when they wake up it feels and smells like you are there.

My son slept in bed with me from the day he came home until 3 months and now I finally got him to sleep in his bassinet & im going to transition him into his crib this weekend ! What worked for me was placing a shirt my hubby worn & one I've worn that day beside him. Good luck with your LO !
