Thanks! @iamthebluebird did you find out the baby's sex at this appointment? My cousin was given the option to, but my Dr said it's usually not clear.
Don't worry! They measure a little flap at the back of baby's neck and look at the spine and then measure a few different areas! And then you get blood work! And then a month later you get more blood work and after that you're done and there's nothing to worry about! I just thought of it as another ultrasound to enjoy :)
I was not given the option. I was 13 weeks on the day and I was told it was too early, although I know some people have found out that early! But we're not finding it anyways so it wasn't a problem!
