when do you guys think its safe to take your baby into a privately owned swimming pool?

My mom took me before 3 months, but probably once they hold their head up for me.

when the cords off I see little babies in pools alot

my son has that it's just his belly button sticking out right? but the cord it's self has fallen off?

once my nieces cord fell off she went into our pool
