You could try to a wet wash cloth in the freezer, it'll help the gums and teeth.

That teething necklace really helps. You can dab vanilla on baby's gums if you don't have baby orajel. There's those frozen fruit pop things too, so it's a healthy treat and it helps with teething! (: good luck!
