Anything I can do to make insemination easier/take better? Other than fertility treatments? I don't want to put my body through that and insurance won't cover it. I would like some natural methods that seem to help relax/increase fertility.

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I've been taking those too, for almost 3 1/2 months
